Job Description
Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)Manage the HR shared services team
Supervise key parts of on-boarding and off-boarding
Partner with account managers/recruiters to deliver effective customer service solutions
Develop and track key metrics related to the SLA and take appropriate action, when needed
Handle regular audits specific to the process
Make sure SOPs are up to date
Conduct training sessions for the team and oversee trainings provided by the senior members in the team Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position) Graduate in any discipline
At least 7-10 years experience in US HR shared services
Excellent technical know-how in excel, word, outlook
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing projects or initiatives. Personal Attributes & Competencies
To interact with other departments and with the senior management. For this, he / she need to have good inter-personal skills and a pleasing personality.
Excels at operating in a fast pace.
Ability to understand and interpret quickly
collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
