E2E Automation Tester @ Tata Consultancy

Job Description

• Selecting or identifying areas/test cases for automation.
• Designing and implementing test automation strategy.
• Creating automation test plan and obtaining approvals.
• Choosing Selenium tools and configuring Selenium test environment (e.g., Eclipse IDE, Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, etc.).
• Involvement in Selenium environment setup.
• Automation framework design and implementation.
• Creating, organizing, and managing test automation resources.
• Creating, enhancing, debugging, and running test cases.
• Coding knowledge is a must.
• Organizing and monitoring defect management process.
• Handling changes and conducting regression testing.
• Finding solutions for object identification issues and error handling issues.
• Coordinating test team members and development team to resolve issues.
• Interacting with client-side stakeholders to solve issues and update status.
