Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Test Architect with 8-10 years of experience to join our team in the Software Services industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SDET and be able to work as a Test Architect L1.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts using various tools and technologies.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to improve testing efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on testing best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
Mandatory Skills: SDET.
