You will also engage in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application design and functionality.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.

Strong understanding of application development methodologies.

Experience with configuration and customization of Workday applications.

Familiarity with integration processes and tools related to Workday.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday US Absence Management.
