Key Responsibilities
Configure Basic SPM Features such as Project, Demand, and Resource Management modules.
Assist in Workflow Development for project approvals and task assignments.
Support Dashboard and Report Creation for portfolio tracking.
Collaborate with Senior Developers and PMO Teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Perform Unit Testing and Support UAT for SPM configurations.
Maintain Documentation for configurations and updates.
Required Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience:6 years in ServiceNow development with exposure to SPM or PPM modules.
Technical Skills:
Basic ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript)
Understanding of SPM/PPM module configuration
Familiarity with dashboards and reporting
Preferred: Knowledge of ITIL processes and project management concepts.
Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, and willingness to learn.
Certifications (Preferred)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ITIL Foundation Certification
