We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI SF Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SuccessFactors integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions within enterprise IT landscapes, with a focus on HR systems and payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integration flows using SAP CPI within the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Implement and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and error handling for complex integration scenarios.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors Payroll and related modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
- Document integration designs, configurations, and support procedures.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with business needs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 57 years of experience in SAP CPI integration development and support.
- Proven experience with SAP CPI and SAP BTP, including hands-on API development.
- Mandatory: CPI integration experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- At least 1 full implementation OR 2 support projects involving SuccessFactors.
- Highly desirable: Experience in SuccessFactors Payroll integration.
- Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and error handling.
- Experience with HR or global mobility systems integration is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP CPI certification or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors modules beyond Payroll (e.g., Employee Central).
- Knowledge of security standards and best practices for integrations
