Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Coordinator/Configurator to support configuration, testing, and implementation activities within our project delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, developers, and business analysts to validate requirements, maintain configuration accuracy, troubleshoot functional issues, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirement analysis and configuration setup based on defined business logic.
- Validate system configurations and perform basic testing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Document and communicate defects clearly for technical resolution.
- Support UAT execution by preparing test data, tracking results, and assisting end users.
- Map simple business processes to identify workflow gaps and improvement areas.
- Provide functional/technical support and assist in end-user training sessions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configuration changes and testing outcomes.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
Required Technical & Functional Skills
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in requirement validation and testing concepts.
- Familiarity with defect logging tools and structured issue reporting.
- Exposure to debugging or resolving configuration issues within tools or platforms.
- Ability to create logical and conditional expressions for configuration parameters.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and documenting test results.
- Basic process mapping knowledge to identify workflow inefficiencies.
- Competence in end-user support and training documentation.
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate with both technical and business teams.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
- Structured documentation and process-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision while maintaining collaboration with diverse teams.
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
