Job Description
Job Role: ETL Testing (Healthcare) - Senior Technical Lead/Architect
Location: Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days a week)
Experience: 9 - 12 years - (Senior Technical Lead/Architect)
Skill: ETL Testing, Us healthcare, Python scripting, Snowflake, SQL
Technical Skills:
Quality Assurance & Testing:
- Design and develop Test Plans, Test Strategies, and provide accurate estimations.
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, Regression) with a thorough understanding of STLC.
- Create and review test scenarios and test cases ensuring complete coverage.
- Perform requirement analysis, traceability, and root cause analysis (RCA)
Data & Reporting Validation:
- Build test strategies for Data Warehouse solutions based on Medallion Architecture.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage for data models, MDIF, and ETL ingestion processes.
- Validate reporting solutions including SSRS and Power BI dashboards.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Engage with clients to discuss and finalize test strategies and plans.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and effective team collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in ETL Testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in healthcare payer domain testing.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Good to have skillset:
- Experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environments.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, ALM, and similar QA management platforms.
