Procon India welcomes your profile for the position of Management Trainee :-
Engineering Graduates who passed-out in 2025 (very good candidates from 2024/23 batch can also be considered) and have a flair for design engineering are needed as Management Trainees-Engineering (Mechanical). Knowledge of CAD would be an advantage. General non-quota candidates from good institutes, having secured engineering admissions through merit seats need to apply. Position Type : Permanent Position
No of Vacancies: 12
Stipend offered: Rs. 3,60,000/- PA- B.Tech (26,000 in hand & 4,000 deduction which is refundable within 2 years with interest) & Rs. 4,20,000/- PA M.Tech (30,000 in hand & 5,000 deduction which is refundable within 2 years with interest)
Desired Candidate Profile:-
The candidates should preferably have cleared GATE. Alternatively, they should rank in top few from their institute .Consistent score above 70% in B.Tech, XII & X a must.
Please note that the position has the pre-requisite of 3 year secured bond with three conditions (choose any one) 1.Original Documents (M.Tech/B.Tech/B.E./Diploma/ XII & X + Surety standing of Rs.5 L.P.A. 2. Bank Guarantee of Rs.5 L.P.A. with 03 Years duration on Procons Name 3. FD pledged to or in the name of company of Rs. 5 L.P.A.
Only those candidates fulfilling the criterion (Unsuitable CVs would not be acknowledged) and willing to execute bond need apply.
