We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle international customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems accordingly.
Achieve performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and other targets.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Basic computer proficiency.
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO/Call Center process is preferred.
