Job Description

What Will Your Role Look Like

  • Support data cleansing, transformation, and migration activities from Oracle iProcurement/Ariba (or similar systems) into Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Global Operations, and IT teams to manage Indirect and Direct Procurement data.
  • Configure and implement Oracle OTBI modules to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing, and prepare relevant documentation.
  • Generate reports, perform data analysis, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Assist senior team members in various procurement run-the-business activities.

We Would Like You to Bring Along

  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to create detailed process and feature documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project/task management skills.
  • Advanced expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (queries and scripting).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, macros using VBA or Office Scripts).
  • Experience supporting data cleansing, conversion, and migration processes.
  • Ability to configure and implement Oracle OTBI solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with system testing, user training, and UAT support.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, systems analysis, and requirements management.
  • Basic to intermediate programming or scripting knowledge.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, or other BI tools.
  • Knowledge of supplier qualification processes and best practices.
  • Exposure to Oracle supply chain applications.
  • Oracle Supplier Management or related certifications.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldor equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience; 89 years preferred.
  • Prior experience implementing/configuring Oracle OTBI and related Oracle modules.
