Experience: 2-6 years (General Insurance / Corporate Sales / SME Sales preferred)About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive corporate and SME sales for general insurance products in Hyderabad and Bangaluru . The role involves acquiring new clients, managing corporate accounts, and providing customized insurance solutions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new SME and corporate clients for general insurance products (fire, marine, liability, group health, etc.).
  • Business Development: Generate leads through cold calling, references, industry networking, and digital channels.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive renewals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Requirement Mapping: Understand client business risks and insurance needs to provide optimal coverage solutions in consultation with underwriters.
  • Business Target Achievement:
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting insurance sales.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IRDA guidelines and company policies in all transactions and client interactions.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / post-graduate in any discipline (Insurance certification is a plus).
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in sales / corporate sales in the insurance industry or financial services.
  • Good knowledge of general insurance products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
