Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Teach students according to the assigned subjects and class.
• Prepare lesson plans and give proper attention to the students learning needs.
• Maintain punctuality and regular attendance.
• Provide feedback to parents and Gurukul management.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and motivating learning environment.
• Complete syllabus within the given timeline.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and parent information.
• Subjects Required
• All Subjects (1st to 10th)
• Maths / Science
• English / SST

Eligibility Criteria

• Only Female Tutors
• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Prior teaching/home tuition Fresher or Experience is an advantage
• Must be honest, punctual, and responsible
• Should be comfortable traveling to students home

Work Timings

• Flexible (min1hr to 6 hours per Day) Afternoon / Evening batches based on availability

Salary

• 5K to 25K per month (based on class, subject, and hours)
• Timely monthly payment
