Senior Business Analyst with implementation experience on HighRadius (Deductions & Credit modules)

We at Coforge hiring seasoned Senior Business Analyst with hands-on implementation experience in HighRadius (Deductions & Credit modules) and ERP integration to support our project . Youll lead functional configuration, streamline deduction and credit workflows, drive reporting/analytics, and partner with business and technology teams to deliver measurable outcomes across Order-to-Cash.
Key Responsibilities
HighRadius Deductions
- Configure and operate the Deduction Management module.
- Manage end-to-end deduction workflows and resolution for trade/non-trade.
- Set up and optimize correspondence automation (denials, customer portal uploads).
- Maintain reason-code mapping and item cross-reference frameworks.
- Define and publish metrics & dashboards (e.g., DDO, recovery rate, deduction aging).
- Work closely on ERP integration (Oracle) to ensure accurate data flow and reconciliations.
- Identify and deliver process improvements/automation (RPA/OCR) to reduce cycle times.
HighRadius Credit
- Configure and manage Credit Management Cloud.
- Define credit policies, governance frameworks, and approval hierarchies.
- Implement risk rating models & scorecards; enable workflow automation.
- Drive credit reviews (periodic and ad-hoc) with reporting on aging, exposure, limit utilization.
- Partner on Oracle ERP integration for credit and exposure management.
- Business Analysis & Delivery
- Lead requirements elicitation; create BRDs/FRDs, process maps, and user stories.
- Own UAT planning & execution; define test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Enable change management and end-user training; establish SOPs/playbooks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure SLAs, compliance, and adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years in O2C/Finance transformation with HighRadius (Deduction & Credit modules).
- Strong functional knowledge of Deduction management and Credit management workflows.
- Proven experience with SAP/ Oracle ERP integration for O2C processes.
- Hands-on with metrics/reporting: DDO, recovery rate, deduction aging, exposure, utilization.
- Experience in correspondence automation, reason-code mapping, and item cross-reference.
- RPA/OCR exposure (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, ABBYY) preferred.
- High Tech industry background strongly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.
