Job Description

Job Responsibilities;
Recruiting agents, training these agents for selling insurance policies, manage the team of agents, meeting clients & achieving targets.

Job Profile:

Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped to him.
Acquiring new agents on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
Handling all the retail products across the portfolio including health, property and motor.
Maintaining relationships with the agents.
To solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the agents.
To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner
