Key Responsibilities
- Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Core Java and the Spring Framework.
- API Design: Create, implement, and manage RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless interactions between various software components.
- Microservices Architecture: Work on developing and deploying microservices to enhance application scalability and maintainability.
- Database Management: Utilize databases like DB2 and SQL Server for effective data storage, retrieval, and management.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software and optimal functionality.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the development process, API specifications, and technical procedures.
Mandatory Skills
- Core Java and Spring Framework: Proficient in Java programming and experienced in using the Spring Framework for building enterprise-level applications.
- REST APIs and Microservices: Solid understanding of RESTful architecture and experience in building microservices.
- Database Knowledge: Experience with DB2 and SQL Server for database management and optimization.
- Python: Familiarity with Python programming for scripting or data manipulation tasks.
