Consultant Sap Solution Manager @ Capgemini

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design and implement customizations in ChaRM to support complex workflows.
• Configure and maintain Retrofit for dual landscape synchronization.
• Troubleshoot transport management and change control issues.
• Implement and configure SAP Cloud ALM for monitoring and operations.
• Support core Solution Manager modules: ITSM, Monitoring, Technical Administration, Test Suite, and Documentation.
• Manage System Landscape Directory (SLD) and LMDB.
• Perform upgrades and patches for SAP Solution Manager.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and provide training to end-users.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager.
• Strong hands-on experience with ChaRM, Retrofit, and TMS.
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM and integration scenarios.
• Knowledge of working in N+1 landscapes and S/4HANA systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP certifications in Solution Manager or Cloud ALM are a plus.
