Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage bancassurance sales performance across multiple bank partners.
Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance penetration through bank channels.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bank employees and customers.
Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell motor insurance products to existing clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in Bancassurance Sales or related field (General Insurance Sales).
Strong understanding of Motor Insurance products and services offered by various insurers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with banks and customers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
