Job Description
- Mandatory Skills Description:- Strong expertise in AEM installation, configuration, and migration.
- Deep understanding of AEM architecture, design patterns, and cloud integration.
- Proficiency in Linux systems administration, including scripting and cron jobs.
- Experience managing AEM upgrades and patches, especially in-place upgrades (e.g., 6.3 6.4).
- Exposure to Dispatcher configuration, replication setup, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Ability to troubleshoot AEM environmentsindexing, OSGi, JVM, and caching.
- Strong understanding of AEM Forms new features and version enhancements.
- Capability to analyze current AEM Forms setup and propose upgrade/migration improvements.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Nice-to-Have Skills Description:- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in AEM Forms Administration (v6.4 or higher).
- Experience with AEM development for guiding developers on best practices.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (especially Azure).
- Familiarity with product patches, vendor coordination, and change management processes.
- Prior experience collaborating with Adobe vendor support for issue resolution.
