Job Description

Position: Customer Support Associate
Location: Hyderabad (100% Work From Office)
Shifts: Rotational (24/7)
Week Offs: Rotational Offs

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls.
  
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  
• Maintain call quality, follow process guidelines, and update CRM records.
  
• Work in rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Two way cab facility provided
  

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills.
  
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability.
  
• Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
  
• Experience in international voice process preferred; freshers with strong communication can apply.
  
• Must be willing to work from office in Hyderabad.
  
• Growth opportunities.
