Job Description
Teleperformance is looking for motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our Technical Support Team for a blended process. As a Technical Support Executive, you will assist customers in resolving technical issues, troubleshooting device problems and ensuring a smooth customer experience through voice and non-voice channels. This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical aptitude, communication skills, and a passion for helping others while working remotely from the comfort of their home.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Under-graduate/Graduate
- Experience: Fresher's/Candidates with prior technical support experience
Require Skills:
- Excellent fluency in English (Both Verbal & Written)
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability with electronic devices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a 24x7 night shift environment
- Problem solving ability mindset with patience and professionalism
System Requirement:
- Processor: i3 & above
- RAM: 8GB minimum
- Internet speed: 50mbps minimum
- Headset: Noise cancellation USB headset
- Operating System: Windows 10 or above
Compensation & Benefits:
- CTC: 20,000 per month
