Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Experience working in high-paced environments such as EdTech, corporate training, or creative agencies.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content generation, voiceovers, or rapid video prototyping.
• Experience in UX writing, content strategy, or performance consulting.
• Certification in instructional design, LXD, training delivery, or video production is a plus.
• Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or L&D roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory, learner engagement techniques, and blended learning approaches.
• Demonstrated proficiency in instructional authoring and video editing software.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

Tools & Technologies

• Ability to create digital learning materials using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Vyond.
• Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects to produce and refine training videos.
• Work with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) for content deployment and reporting.
• Use collaboration and project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, Confluence) for workflow coordination.
