Synopsis:
Dictera is our flagship AI-powered EdTech platform, currently being evaluated by several large
US-based clients. To accelerate product adoption and shorten sales cycles, we are offering clients a
one-month trial experience. We are looking for motivated early-career professionals who will own the
end-to-end trial journeyfrom onboarding setup through usage support, engagement tracking, and
helping drive opportunity conversion. This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, tech-savvy,
and excited to work at the intersection of product enablement, client success, and pre-sales.
Requirements
Client Onboarding & Configuration
- Set up Dictera trial environments for new client engagements.
- Configure user accounts, workflows, permissions, and product modules based on client
needs.
- Ensure smooth technical and functional onboarding within defined SLAs.
Client Engagement & Success
- Conduct product walk-throughs, demos, and usage guidance sessions.
- Monitor client adoption throughout the 30-day trial period and proactively address
questions or friction points.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients during the trial window.
Usage Analytics & Insights
- Track client activity, usage patterns, and engagement health using product dashboards.
- Prepare weekly status updates for internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Delivery).
- Identify emerging client needs and relay structured feedback to the product team.
Pre-Sales & Conversion Support
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Delivery leads to support opportunity conversion.
- Document client requirements, clarify scope, and prepare solution overviews where
needed.
- Assist in preparing proposal inputs and mapping trial success metrics to ROI narratives.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain updated status, risks, and next steps in CRM/portfolio management tools.
- Escalate major issues early with recommended mitigation steps.
- Support creation of client-facing guides, FAQs, and reusable onboarding assets.
Skills in the spotlight:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
- 01 year of experience in product support, client success, pre-sales, or internships in similar
roles (freshers encouraged).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact professionally
with US-based clients.
- High comfort with technology, SaaS products, and web applications.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product usage data and spot trends.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work fully in the US EST time zone.
