Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Express, and LoopBack.
• Architect microservices and RESTful APIs with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
• Integrate with databases including MongoDB (via Mongoose) and MSSQL.
• Implement authentication and authorization using MSAL-Node and Azure AD.
• Validate request payloads and enforce data integrity using Joi.
• Write unit and integration tests using Jest to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Optimize backend performance and manage caching strategies using Redis.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of backend development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
