Job Title: Expert Services Consultant IC5
Location: India (Remote/Flexible depending on team requirement)
Experience: 812+ Years (ServiceNow Architecture Mandatory)

About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architecture SME to support performance-based assessments and technical content validation across multiple training and certification programs. This role ensures that hands-on labs, assessments, and high-complexity training assets are technically accurate, up to date, and aligned to the latest ServiceNow product capabilities.

You will also contribute to scoring PBAs, validating learner solutions, and supporting AI model training through expert scoring and structured feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate technical accuracy of curriculum and assessment content
• Review labs, tasks, simulations, and hands-on PBA items across programs
• Score performance-based assessment submissions and provide expert evaluation
• Partner with instructional designers to ensure alignment between technical requirements and learning outcomes
• Monitor ServiceNow release changes and flag impacts to existing content
• Provide expert guidance on architecture, workflows, and platform behavior
• Assist in training AI scoring models by delivering structured expert judgments
  

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture (must-have)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience validating technical content or assessments
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear evaluation criteria
• Comfort working with cross-functional content teams
• Detail-oriented, accuracy-driven, and consistent in technical reviews
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting training programs, certification development, or assessment scoring
• Bachelors degree in CS, IT, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with performance-based assessments, challenge labs, or hands-on exam environments
