Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer with a strong background in Salesforce CPQ implementation and configuration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in managing complex CPQ solutions. This role is critical in enhancing our pricing accuracy and streamlining our quoting process, ensuring that our sales team can offer optimal solutions to our clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Salesforce CPQ to meet business needs and improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and technical teams to ensure the CPQ tool aligns with pricing and quota strategies.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, enabling them to maximize the use of the Salesforce CPQ solution.
- Utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise to integrate and synchronize sales processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CPQ processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Generate reports and analytics on CPQ usage to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and enhancements, particularly regarding CPQ features.
- Manage documentation related to CPQ processes, configurations, and user training materials.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of the quoting and pricing process in a sales environment.
- Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud with a proven track record in sales processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce CPQ certification is a plus but not mandatory.
