HR Recruiter | Walk-in | Hyderabad | Day Shift | Immediate Joiner| Female Candidates||
Location: Hyderabad.
Work Mode: Work from Office.
Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off).
Shift: Day Shift.
Qualification: Any Graduate (Pursuing candidates not eligible).
Age Limit: Up to 27 Years.
Languages: English & Telugu.
Office Timings:
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM.
Saturday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM.
Job Description: (End-to-End Recruitment):
We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for hiring, and the ability to manage the complete hiring cycle independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Job Portals, Referrals & Social Media.
- Conduct initial screening, evaluate candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview schedules & feedback.
- Maintain candidate tracker and daily hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates till onboarding.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Eligibility:
- Freshers can apply (Training will be provided).
- HR Internship experience is an added advantage Customer Support candidates can also apply .
- Recruitment Experience: 3 months 2 years (Customer Support candidates can also apply).
Salary Details:
- Freshers / Interns: 18,000 In-hand + Incentives.
- 3 months 2 years Experience: 18,000 25,000 In-hand + Incentives + Perks & Benefits..
