Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Must be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels and build relationships to boost employee morale and engagement, fostering a positive and productive workplacce Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the university's goals.
Managing employee joining & separation processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with the degree of MBA (HR) & having 2-5 years of experience from the Education sector will be preferred.
