    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers (US market).

    • Resolve customer queries and deliver accurate product/service information.

    • Maintain high levels of professionalism, empathy, and customer focus.

    • Update and document call details accurately in the system.

    • Achieve performance targets including call quality, CSAT, and resolution metrics.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

     

    Job Requirements

    • Experience: 1 to 10 years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Support

    • Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills (mandatory)

    • Ability to work in night shifts (US timing)

    • Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills

    • Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
