• Tech Mahindra- Hiring for International BPO

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Non- Voice Process
  • Provide Excellent customer service to clients across different time zones
  • Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

  NOTE: ONLY MUMBAI CANDIDATES CAN APPLY

  Eligibility:

  • HSC pass
  • Graduate/Undergraduate degree
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply (no prior experience required)
  • Candidates with 0-12 months of international voice process experience are also welcome to apply

  Shift Requirement:

  Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shift, window starts from 12:30pm to 3:00 am ( Any 9.5 hours of rotational shift )
