As a C2C Associate, you'll connect with car owners looking to sell, guide them through the CARS24 process, and ensure smooth, fast, and transparent transactions. You'll play a key role in driving vehicle sourcing and maintaining excellent seller experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential sellers via calls and digital channels.
• Assist customers through car listing, inspection, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction completion.
• Achieve lead conversion and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate data and provide timely updates.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• 03 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Basic knowledge of cars or auto sales is a plus.
