Domestic Voice Process team. If youre a strong communicator with a customer-first

Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls from domestic customers
Resolve queries, concerns, and service requests promptly and effectively
Provide accurate information on products and services
Maintain a courteous and professional tone throughout customer interactions
Update customer records and call logs in the system
Achieve performance benchmarks like call quality, resolution rate, and customer
satisfaction (CSAT)
Who Can Apply:
FRESHERS - FRESHER / GRADS / BE
Experience: 0 to 2 years in BPO/Customer Support/Voice-based roles
Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (English + Hindi )
Willingness to work in rotational day shifts (no night shifts)
Basic computer knowledge and typing ability
Energetic, positive mindset with a drive to learn and grow
