Task Description: Support, development and technical consulting for our Master Data System

• Maintenance
• Development in ORACLE
• Service requests
• Application support
• Incident management
• You analyze and solve complex technical problems in collaboration with other IT teams.
• Documentation:
• You create and maintain technical documentation
• knowledge databases and
• support processes

to improve efficiency in the support team.

• Proactive monitoring:

You implement monitoring tools for proactive system monitoring and early detection of potential issues.

• Release to Production:

Packaging and rollout coordination, rollout monitoring (ticket analysis) and the creation of changes and administrative orders as well as associated scripts.

• Project support:

You participate in IT projects, including the introduction of new technologies and systems as well as the optimization of existing processes.

• Customer interaction:

You are in email contact with internal customers, clarifying technical inquiries and offering solutions.
