• Manage insurance operations, including policy issuance, customer support operations, and team handling
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide leadership skills to the team and manage escalations effectively.
• Handle queries from customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee team management activities such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Manage insurance operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Lead a team of customer support professionals, providing guidance on policy issuance, escalations, and query resolution.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of insurance products from application to policy issuance, including underwriting and claims processing.
• Develop strong leadership skills to motivate teams towards achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular meetings and feedback sessions.
