Travel Consultant / Sr. Travel Consultant

Location : Lower Parel & 10 mins walkable from Currey Road Station

Salary : Best in Industry

The Air Ticketing Travel Consultant is responsible for handling customer travel requirements including flight reservations, ticket issuance, fare quoting, reissues, cancellations, and customer servicing. The role requires expertise in GDS systems, fare rules, and international/domestic ticketing processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reservations & Ticketing

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
  
• Issue, reissue, refund, and cancel tickets as per airline guidelines.
  
• Provide accurate fare quotations using GDS/airline tools.
  
• Manage PNR creation, modifications, and queues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (Diploma in Travel & Tourism is a plus).
  
• 1 - 4 years of experience in air ticketing or travel operations.
