State Head - Punjab

Key Responsibilities / Job Role

1. Strategic & Sales Leadership
   
• Drive regional B2B sales growth in Punjab. Indeed
  
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans both to increase revenue and to onboard more suppliers (travel agents, hotels, possibly airlines) in that region. Glassdoor+1
  
2. Team Management & Stakeholder Relationships
   
• Lead a local sales team, which likely includes Area Sales Managers. Glassdoor+1
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with:
  
• Travel agents / agencies
  
• Hotel partners
  
• Airlines / suppliers
  
• Possibly other local stakeholders (corporates, consolidators) Glassdoor
  
3. Data, Reporting, and Strategy
   
• Monitor sales performance (revenues, conversion, inventory) in Punjab. Indeed
  
• Analyze market data / trends to make strategic decisions about where to push, which partners to prioritize, etc. Indeed
  
• Likely to report regionally to higher management and provide forecasts, insights, and performance reports.
  
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
   
• Work with internal TripJack teams including technology, product, and partnerships to roll out tailored offerings / campaigns for the Punjab market. Glassdoor
  
• Ensure that strategic initiatives from HQ or leadership are implemented locally.
