Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic individuals for our Banking Voice Process. If you have excellent communication skills and are ready to start your career in customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking services.
  • Assist customers with queries regarding accounts, transactions, and banking products.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: 12th Pass and above.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome.
  • Skills:
    • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
    • Basic computer knowledge.
    • Customer-centric attitude.

Work Schedule

  • Working Days: 6 days a week, 1 rotational off.
  • Shift Timings:
    • Female: Any 9-hour shift between 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
    • Male: Any 9-hour shift between 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM.

Salary

  • CTC: 20,000
  • Take Home: 16,000
