Hiring for Trainer (International BPO/Telecom Process)-Bangalore.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- University degree Preferred
- TTT Certification preferred
- Telecom Experience Preferred
Job Description:
- Maintain 100% compliance to the TechMBS Policies and process
- Maintain Hygiene amongst the trainees while in Classroom Training and the floor
- Good with Maintaining Reports for the Batches concluded
- Develop training curriculum/modules formulating and reviewing training outlines.
- Interact with clients for material and curriculum updates and to ensure appropriate changes are included in future classes.
- Responsible for training effectiveness analysis.
- Conduct formal walk-through of training materials and make revisions with course development, as necessary.
- Conducting training
- Keeping record of training progress around the year.
- Monitoring, giving Feedback and coaching employees to help enhance their soft skills.
- Creating Modules as per the SLA and business requirements.
- Documenting the performance of the trainees and sending it for evaluation to the top management.
- Conducting cross cultural, behavioral and leadership training.
- Prepare educational materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- To manage end-to-end process training batch for leading International consumer durable client
- Must have exposure on conducting process/product ,soft skills, and system Training in an international BPO as Trainer.
- Must ensure successful clearance of agents from training phase during certification, Must have managed operations and client interactions during training phase
- Co-ordinate with various departments for support for successful completion of batch
- Must conduct various refresher on floor basis audit output on monthly basis
- Must conduct quality checks for 0 30 day agents on regular basis
Requirements:-
- Should have excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Should have experience in International BPO as a Trainer (preferably looking for exposure in Telecom Process).
- Should be well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
