For one of our clients in the Insurance Segment, we are searching for a Senior Data Analyst - Power BI & SQL

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements to support data-driven decision-making.

Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and database solutions using DBVisualizer.

Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

Use Jira to track project progress, manage tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business users.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in reporting and analysis.

Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate and streamline data processes.

Skills Must have

Power BISkilled in creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data models to provide clear business insights.

SQLStrong experience writing complex queries and managing databases using tools like DBVisualizer.

Agile & JiraGood understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) with hands-on experience using Jira for project tracking.

Analytical & CommunicationAbility to analyze data, solve problems, and communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Nice to have

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate business needs and collaborate effectively across teams.
