Career Launch Program (Womens Career Pathway Initiative) WFH
About the Program:
- Our Career Launch Program is a structured 6-month initiative designed to empower women who are ready to begin their career, return to the workforce after a break, or transition into a new professional field. The program provides hands-on experience, guided training, and personalised mentorship in a supportive and inclusive environment.
- All participants receive a monthly stipend of INR 15,000 during the program.
- Upon successful completion, candidates will be offered a permanent role with a monthly salary of INR 20,000, along with an annual salary increment of 20%.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Graduate or above (students are NOT eligible) Minimum CGPA of 6.0
- Must follow our application process as explained below (applications will be rejected if not followed)
- Knowledge or experience in the role you are applying for
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong Attention to detail, Creative thinking and data-driven decision-making
- Work 8 hours per day (Work From Home), Monday to Saturday, starting from 6:00 AM
- Own laptop or PC with a high-speed internet connection
- Able to Join within 2 weeks
- Able to Work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be a team player, professional, and a self-learner
Location of Work: Permanent Work From Home
Timings: Monday to Saturday 8 Hours a day (Preferred candidates who can start from 6 AM)
Joining Date: Immediate to Less than 2 Weeks
Remuneration:
- First 6 Months - INR 15,000 per month
- After 6 Months - INR 20,000 per month
- Every Year Guaranteed Salary increase of 20%
