Job Title: HRBP BHR / Employee Relations

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1 to 3 years in HRBP / Employee Relations

Working Days:5 Days (6 Days Based upon process selection)

Salary Range: 4.0 LPA 5.5 LPA

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred (up to 15 days acceptable)


Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to support employee lifecycle and engagement.

Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.

Partner with stakeholders to drive employee satisfaction and retention.

Support HR policies, compliance, and disciplinary processes.

Work on employee engagement initiatives and culture building activities.

Collaborate with business leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals.


Requirements:

12 years of proven experience in HRBP/Employee Relations role.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage employee grievance


  • Domains handled :
    * Employee Relations and recruitment
    * Employee Engagement activities
    * Background Verification check: Conducting
    * Payroll: Coordinating for Payroll by providing necessary inputs of data collected. Creating ESIC Number and providing ESIC temp cards to employees.
    * Attendance marking in oracle and closing the terminations in oracle
    * HR Reports
    Performance Appraisals: Assist in performance appraisals as per company norms. Follow-ups to complete appraisals.
    * Exit Interviews & Final Settlements
    * Reward & Recognition program
    * RAG
    * Surveys:Culture & Belonging
    * Employee Communications
    * Event Planning & Coordinations.
    * Recognition & Reward Programs.
    * Stakeholder Collaboration
    * Engagement Metrics & Reporting
    * On-boarding Experience
