Job Title: HRBP BHR / Employee Relations
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1 to 3 years in HRBP / Employee Relations
Working Days:5 Days (6 Days Based upon process selection)
Salary Range: 4.0 LPA 5.5 LPA
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred (up to 15 days acceptable)
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to support employee lifecycle and engagement.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
Partner with stakeholders to drive employee satisfaction and retention.
Support HR policies, compliance, and disciplinary processes.
Work on employee engagement initiatives and culture building activities.
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals.
Requirements:
12 years of proven experience in HRBP/Employee Relations role.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage employee grievance
