o Entire onboarding lifecycle for employees who will be working directly for our clients
o System provisioning: Client-side employees receive appropriate system access, login credentials, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) setup, and other client-specific applications.
o Align employee experience: clients technical prerequisites is fully aligned with employees experience.
o Maintain up-to-date client portals: Employee information, onboarding statuses, and compliance documents are accurately entered and updated within designated client portals. Work with client teams as required for SOW/Milestone accuracy on Client portals
o Comprehensive Onboarding Data Management: Accurately input and maintain all onboarding-related data for client-side employees, including personal details, contract terms, start dates, and client project assignments. Upkeep of Roster as central system for Iris. And Maintain accurate Onboarding & Financial date & data for Iris on a daily basis.
o Bill Rate Management and Revenue Tracking: Accurately record and track the per-hour bill rate for each client-side employee. Accurately record and report revenue generated from each client-side employee, based on their bill rates and hours worked.
o Coordinate with Finance/HR & Onboarding teams to ensure Onboarding & Billing is done on time. Coordinate with Sales/Delivery Directors/Project Management teams to ensure accuracy of billing data.
o Work with Finance and Onboarding on SOW for all clients.
o Work with internal teams to allocate projects and SOWs.
o Upkeep of Bullhorn Dashboard on a regular basis.
