II STRATEGY & PLANNING
1 Plan, strategize and implement the budgeting process within defined timelines.
2 Recommend actionable strategy for effective cost controls measures.
III OPERATIONS
1 Manage budgeting process and its controls across the organization - assist unit heads in preparing accurate and factual budgets.
2 Conduct variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and submission of reports with actionable recommendation to concerned heads (operations & Projects) for necessary preventive and corrective actions.
3 Ensure Automation & standardization of MIS, Cost reports and all other analytical reports
4 Periodical analysis and timely presentation of MIS & Cost reports with actionable recommendations.
5 Generate accurate reports and provide actionable recommendation for reduction in cost.
6 Generate effective analytical reports using Data mining tool, Debtors counts.
Routine Accounting & Petty cash management ,Physical verification , Approval of bills / Payments
IV COMPLIANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT
1 Compliance, Prepare analytical reports and support the unit head with recommendable action plan to mitigate organizational risks.
V SYSTEMS & MIS
1 Establishing systems for generating MIS & Costing analytical and factual reports through ERP
2 Develop cost management systems, product costing techniques ,effective cost control tools ensuring actionable recommendation for reduction in cost
3 Review and upgrade tools and systems periodically for generating value added critical information.
4 Create and optimize data mining tools to generate effective analytical reports
5 Update unit head on critical issues (MIS, budgeting and costing)

1 Develop, train and retain team for high performance work out put and results
2 To ensure effective talent acquisition and induction to establish foundation for retention of talent.
