Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Handle Inbound Calls from customers to resolve queries / issues, provide information about clients products and services.
Engaging in active listening with customer, confirming, or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally with Empathy & Customer Service Attitude.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Upsell/Cross Sell relevant products during all available opportunity while speaking to customers.

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduate/Under Graduate Can apply
Min 1yr Exp in any Customer Service Role
Good Communication Skills in English (Verbal & Written)
CTC upto 4.5lpa
5 Days Working & 2 way Cab Facility
Rotational Shifts & Rotational Weekoff
