Job Description

Job Role: DBS IB Customer Service (Voice Process)

Location: Thane west

Qualification: Graduate

Job Description:

Handle inbound customer service queries professionally
Provide solutions and support to clients efficiently
Maintain high standards of communication and service quality

Eligibility:

Graduate (Fresher / Experienced)
Excellent communication skills (Versant 5 required)

Salary:

Graduate Fresher: 18,000 in-hand, up to 23,000 CTC
Graduate with Experience: 22,000 in-hand, up to 27,000 CTC

Shift Timings:

Day Shift: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
One week off (rotational)
