Management Trainee Business Development Executive
As discussed, the available role is based across four locations: Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai.
The ideal candidate should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Should have driving license and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Team in lead generation and client follow-ups
- Conduct field visits to potential clients for data collection and promotion
- Maintain and update client database in Excel/CRM
- Support in preparing proposals and business presentations
- Market research & competitor analysis in the facility management sector
- Coordinate with operations and HR for client onboarding support
- Reporting daily/weekly activities to Business Development Head
Qualifications
- Degree from top MBA College.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
