Job Description
What will your role look like
Handle attendance management and ensure accurate tracking of team member hours.
Manage and maintain HR operations databases and employee records.
Resolve tickets and address queries raised by team members effectively.
Ensure adherence to statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Bonus.
Organize and manage team member documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

We would like you to bring along
3 to 4 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Advanced proficiency in Excel with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Good-to-have skills
Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets.
Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work well in a team setting.
