- Design lifecycle management operation automation and architecture concepts, tools, and processes leveraging container technology
- Drive issue resolution together with the teams and utilize the expert network
- Drive technology discussions and innovations
- Analyze technical requirements and organize / co-ordinate experts from Enterprise Cloud Services and development and drive these topics to resolution
- Introduce and stabilize the standardization and automation behind system build and customer service requests procedures in a proactive way leveraging analytical tools and capabilities
- 4+ years of experience in scripting/programming/markup languages (e.g. Shell, Python, JSON, YAML etc.)
- Good knowledge of Argo Workflow/ArgoCD or similar workflow orchestration or continuous delivery tools
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies with experience in deploying and managing containerized applications, preferably using Kubernetes and/or SAP Gardener framework
- Good understanding of Helm or alternatives managing Kubernetes applications
- Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Proficiency in automating and optimizing processes for various operations lifecycle processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer focus and motivation to learn
- DevOps knowledge using Continuous Integration & Delivery
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP, AliCloud
- SAP Product related knowledge on e.g. WebDispatcher or SAP Cloud Connector is helpful but not a must
