Experienced (1+ year): 3,90,000 -4,80,000 per annum

Job Role & Responsibilities:
*Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions through calls, emails, or chat.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.

* Record and document all interactions as per company policies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
