Job Title: Project Manager - Healthcare Domain

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore
Experience:12 - 15 years

Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for data medallion transformation initiatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee resource allocation, P&L management, and project budgeting.
• Prepare and present weekly status reports to stakeholders.
• Drive client management and communication, ensuring high satisfaction and transparency.
• Lead data migration projects with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Microsoft Project (MPP) experience for project planning and tracking.
• Strong background in Healthcare Payer domain.
• Proven ability to manage data transformation and migration projects.
• Expertise in client engagement, stakeholder communication, and escalation handling.
• Hands-on experience in resource management and financial oversight.
• Ability to ensure timely delivery and manage risks effectively.
